Growing up in the pizza business,
you learn to cook and make pizza at a young age.
I made my first pizza at the age of 12. A bit later at the age of 14,
I learned how to cook. One day I had the great pleasure of cooking for Danny Aiello,
what a great experience that was.
There is no better feeling when you can cook for someone,
you come out to see how they enjoyed your creation & you hear,
the words “that was excellent”. That makes it all worth it!
